The experts at the Family Birth Center are to help you prepare for your big day and the days that follow. The Prepared Childbirth Class is a basic overview of the labor and delivery process. This class is meant to prepare the mother and support person about topics such as late pregnancy, labor, birth, options for pain management, medical procedures, cesarean birth, and more.
